- Surveillance of the house in your absence, custody of keys and communication with you when needed
- Weekly review of the house
- Monitoring the gardeners and pool cleaner’s work to ensure it is to a satisfactory standard
- Ensuring that the toilets and the taps in the bath, basins and bidets are flushed regulary and the property is aired. If there is any sign of damp or other problems, then you will be informed immediately
- Preparation of your arrival or that of your relatives: connection of heating, start-up of household appliances ect..
- Suspension of package fee when you in residence
